Central Desert Training Pty Ltd was established in 2004 to institute, coordinate and deliver specialist training services to Indigenous Australians from Central Australia.

 Based in Alice Springs, the business focuses on training for Indigenous adults from both remote and urban communities who are commencing employment in the mainstream workforce. Training and support services provided include the development and delivery of intensive pre-employment programmes, Indigenous business development, literacy and numeracy training and support, development and implementation of structured mentoring programmes, training for workplace trainers and assessors and Information Technology training.

Our current projects focus on the horticulture, mining and construction industry. We are in consultation with different providers and agencies regarding the delivery of the Certificate III in Arts Administration as apprenticeships. We are also carrying out consultancy work for the Federal government.

Accredited and non-accredited training solutions can be provided to suit your organisation or community’s requirements.

Central Desert Training is a Registered Training Organisation delivering nationally recognised training.

Central Desert Training is a IEP panel member able to support Indigenous Employment Related Services for your organisation.
