Defence Indigenous Development Program 2011

Central Desert Training has been engaged by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) to undertake mentoring services and a Workplace English Language and Literacy program for the Defence Indigenous Development Program (DIDP). The program started in March with 22 Indigenous participants based at the rural college in Katherine (KRC). CDT supports the program with 1 employment coordinator, 1 lead mentor, 2 mentors and 2 WELL trainers. The duration of this DIDP course is from March until December 2011.
